Sweet Birthday

Today was a sweet reminder of how much I am loved and appreciated – I think I forget that sometimes. I was happily overwhelmed with kindness, well-wishes, yummy food and desserts, and most importantly the nurturing love of friends and family. May I press on toward the beautiful future God has planned for me.

I’m no math nerd but I couldn’t resist celebrating pi day today. Today was extra special because March 14, 2015, is the last day the U.S. date will align with the first five digits of pi until 2115.

I’m thankful for new and old friends, and yummy pies of course. Cheers ❤

I woke up early this morning and sought to see the sun rise above the eastern side of Baltimore. I especially enjoyed the marvellous cloud patterns in the sky. It was a tad cold but what a treat!
