Coronado Island Scenes

I spent my last afternoon in San Diego laying on the beach in Coronado. Utter bliss!

Exploring the San Diego Marina

On one of the days that I spent in San Diego, I decided to take a morning walk and explore the marina. Here are some of the things I saw.

santa fe depot, a quaint train station. one of the things that surprised me the most was how different the architecture is from the east coast.

Scene in San Diego

Last week I traveled to San Diego for a professional meeting, and I have to say it was such  a fun trip. It also happened to be my first travel experience to the west coast. One of my favorite things were the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific ocean. I was also lucky to see a sunset from mid-air during a flight to Los Angeles. Win! Bed ‘n’ Breakfast in Brookline Boston

While visiting Boston for a few days I am staying at a lovely bed and breakfast – Beech Tree Inn. The inn is located a few minutes walk from the Harvard Medical School where I am attending a conference.

My stay has been quite pleasant and the ambience is warm and welcoming. There’s a vibrant garden outside, no lack of fresh flowers indoors, the decorations are cute and classy, plus there is round the clock availability of fresh homemade cookies and other baked yummy goodies in the kitchen. Here are a few pictures.
